“I ordered a piece of glass for my Lopi 380/440 stove. It came very quickly but did not fit my door opening. I called and they were very friendly and willing to help but said I would be charged to send it back to re cut it. Luckily I have access to a waterjet so I was able to get it cut to make it fit. Overall nice people it seemed but not impressed by the product.”

I'm sorry you were disappointed by the product. Hopefully for some clarification and for future reference, if a glass is ordered wrong, then we have the customer cover cost of shipping for a replacement glass. If we made an error in making the glass or sending the incorrect glass, then we will cover the cost of shipping for a replacement. I'm glad you were able to figure out a solution though!

“I cracked the glass on my Lopi 1220 wood stove. I ordered an OEM glass, It was in stock and the order shipped the next day. It arrived well packaged and ready to be installed. I did order the glass tape kit, but really when I too the old glass out a I realized that maybe the tape wasn’t what I needed on the glass. Tbh, I probably needed 25% of the tape, I mention this, because it’s great they have the “suggested tape” there when you check out, it migh not be exactly what your glass needs to install. Otherwise great, fast service. And oils definitely order again if I can’t source locally.”
