Have been in the industry for 20 plus years. Quite possibly the easiest POS ever. Lots of young workers learn how to use it by themselves (they even find out the features I didn't know). As an admin, it's very easy to make changes and the customer service help us whenever we have issues/problem promptly.

Touchbistro is a fantastic POS that allows for great levels of flexibility on the sales floor. The ability to split and merge seats is fantastic. Also being able to add 1 item and split it evenly across all tables is huge. Your customer service is also great.

It has an easy to use interface - easy to navigate around and perform back of house tasks with ease. However due to the support team being in Canada it is sometimes hard to get through if anything goes wrong.

A beautiful EPOS that has served our small East London cocktail bar better than I'd dared to expect when choosing TouchBistro from various options. Best part would be their easy to use software on iPad that let's you do all administration with familiar Apple type layout. I can highly recommend TouchBistro. Karel

Really easy to use. Good report system suits a small or big company. The only down side is sometimes it’s loses connection and shuts down. This happens randomly and we don’t know why. It’s not our internet connection as it only happens with our touch bistro.

Easy to use software, always someone on hand if you need help. Customer service is always fantastic and the software is so adaptable to your business. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

TouchBistro is an excellent POS! We run a small coffee shop in Ontario, Canada, and love how easy the orders are entered, the link to the kitchen display for our baristas and the daily reports. Very easy and stable system. Highly recommended!

Have had a very good relationship in the past. This all changed when they shut our account off in the busiest week of the year with no notice. We were up to date on payments, so no reason - glitch from the year before which was created by TB and the account specialist decided to shut our service off as her remedy. They have since rectified but this should not have taken place to begin with. Not a great way to handle AR issues.

Well this system is straight forward. Press and go, easy to train you staff on. For the office side of the business, this system is great for sales, time cards and inventory. I would highly recommend Touch Bistro to any first time business owners

TouchBistro has many options available to personalize your business at each step in the process from menu to table to checkout. I like that credit cards can be processed tableside. And my staff finds TouchBistro to be very user friendly.

Works reasonably well. A few irritations tho. Major one is that tb is not very responsive to customer requests. For example, touch bistro supports customer accounts, but despite many requests, they still does not provide a way to generate customer statements, making the feature mostly useless. No way to turn off the printing of credit card receipts. A lot of our customers don’t want them, so we end up throwing out miles of receipt paper. Tb has been asked many, many times over the years. They say they can’t turn it off, the credit card processor has to do it. Credit card processor says it’s tb that has to do it. Neither side appears to care enough to work this through. The lack of any kind of feadback in general is annoying, all requests seem to go into a black hole.

I have been using TouchBistro for seven years now. I had to go through four other POS systems before finding TB, and I am very happy that I did. In our pizzerias, we use a single iPad with TouchBistro and integrate Square as our merchant service. In our full-serve restaurant, we have two full iPads - one at the bar, and one that the GM carries around - and the servers use iPad minis to take orders and send them directly to the printers in the kitchen before walking away from the table. The whole operation is seamless, and the ability to make changes to the menu on the fly is immeasurable. I highly recommend TouchBistro for your Point of Sale needs.
