We've been using Touch Bistro for a while and it's actively improved on its interface and it's backend and using other POS systems have given us perspective. We are glad we made this choice.

TouchBistro was so easy that even my 9 year old could use it. Making changes to the system was a breeze. The best feature has to be the reports that it generates. Taking orders and paying checks right at the table saves a lot of time and steps for the servers.

I have a table service restaurant within 90+ seats. I’ve used TouchBistro for over a year now. It is a very solid, easy-to-use, fast-to-learn POS that makes most tasks super easy: modifiers, happy hour pricing, splitting tickets, and best of all, handing guests an iPad for at-table credit card swiping. It’s great for clocking in and our, keeping tabs of credit card tips, and a host of charts and insights via the iPad as well as a website to review all your data. Integrations with 3rd party apps are also available for gift cards, staff scheduling, etc. Nonetheless, there are a few shortcomings that I hope are addressed in future updates. My biggest desire is to have additional security features, such as administrator access and varying levels of allowing staff to access restricted areas. As it stands currently, even nightly close out requires admin access to perform. Same with adding or removing men7 items or making other changes. There is only one admin access and any staff that needs to change or close the day has the keys to the kingdom, even time records, rates of pay, etc. This is a serious drawback. After extensively comparing TouchBistro to other POSes, I found TB to offer a great software for a reasonable price. Customer service is also outstanding.

Absolutely a magnificent POS system. Great use of Apple's interface, and extremely user friendly. We've been TouchBistro users since 2012, shortly after their launch, and it's the only POS system we've had, and I couldn't imagine using another POS system. While it's not 100% perfect (what is?), it's damn near pretty close. I can make changes seamlessly; Split checks; run reports any which way. It has made and helped our small family run restaurant grow, continuously, year after year, and TouchBistro is an integral part of that growth. Without TouchBistro and the efficiency it provides, we would not be in the position we are in now. Not to mention that their customer service and personal relationships we've developed with the team, throughout the years, have helped us tremendously. We couldn't be more happy, pleased, ecstatic, with the decision to go with TouchBistro. We can't wait to see the continued growth and improvements/integrations that are in store for the future! S. Response time to tech help is always quick and courteous. Ease of system for employees to master is a huge plus as is the ability of management to add menu items quickly and have them download across devices instantly. Would like to see some more functionality regarding reports and customizable graphs/data analytics. Otherwise, very happy with TouchBistro!

Without a doubt the most intuitive and easy system I’ve ever dealt with - so much so we’re now running it in our second venue. Analytics are superb and custom reporting is easy. Support, in the rare instances needed, has been super quick and in a critical live environment such as our, that’s invaluable.

These system itself is excellent and amazingly user friendly, I can have a new sever with little to no experience up and running in a little under an hour! However the on-pad integrated payment options are super limited so you will eventually end up with a third party stationary payment company for credit card transactions, this sort of go defeats the purpose of mobile iPad system, at least for payment options.

TouchBistro is exactly what I need for running hospitality classes. The students use software that they might also use in the real-world. It is not overly complicated either. Initial implementation was very painless too. Finally, the price is definitely reasonable. Overall, I'm completely happy with TouchBistro.

TouchBistro has worked well for our small town restaurant as our first step into using a POS system. The versatility is great, the interface is simple to learn and the cloud functions are an excellent tool for back office operations and on the go management.

It has streamlined our current business practices. Communication amongst staff is up, which leads to more productivity. We are only scratching surface with what we can gain from using TB, but we are thrilled with what we use now.

Overall I love Touchbistro. There are a couple of features I'd like to see in the future but after using TB for years in the restaurant and features always being added I'm certain they will be implemented in the future. Overall very happy with this POS system.

We have had a great experience with Touch Bistro. This is the 4th restaurant I have opened, and this was without a doubt the easiest to use and train system I have found. While the support has been excellent, we have rarely had to call for it. The system is so intuitive that anyone who can use an iPhone can quickly pick up the essentials and learn everything else on the job, dramatically cutting on training time and expense.
