After using Touchbistro, I will not be considering any other POS system. It is simple to use, easy to use, mobile, quick and comes with the ability to have language inputs. Will definitely reduce staff time and helps run your restaurant more efficiently.

Been with TouchBistro for 2 years know and has never failed. Very reliable only thing I don’t like is that I need to be @ my restaurnt on the system, to be able to make changes. Can’t be done over the cloud. My setup imac mini server, 1 iPad pro as main register and 3 ipad minis on the floor and 2 thermal printers. In the kitchen we run a printer and a KDS mirrored thru an apple tv to a 32” tv for a better view of the orders. Overall is a great system. Highly recommended.

Touch bistro is easy to use and the touch bistro team are there to help with step up and any questions you have. I would highly recommend this product to any restaurant.

My account has been shut numerous times. I just had another shut down as you found a debt of $200 from 6 months ago. I have been in touch with you a half dozen times by phone in the last 2 months and lots of emails as well. This is the first time I have been aware of an outstanding debt. I believe I have paid up to date and I will be checking my records. I was on the phone with on of your customer service today to send me a visa approval from. She said she would send it immediately. It has been 10 minutes now still now email. You have very bad service and it costs me lots of time to have your service. We had 2 good years with TB now it’s way more expensive and painful to have your service.

We have been using Touch Bistro since October 2015 and have never had a single issue that would not be helped or solved quickly! Extremely happy with a choice of POS system we did!

The software itself meets our needs however there have been a few glitches along the way when there are software updates. We also experienced a very difficult issue when Apple had a glitch with a recent update regarding Wi-Fi connections it caused us months of aggravation and lost sales. The only other issue we've had is with the credit card swipers. We use Worldpay which is the credit card processor that is offered through Touchbistro however the swipers are quite antiquated in the way they are are built and can be problematic. Lastly, Touchbistro could use some refinement in how they communicate with their customers regarding updates particularly when there are known glitches with an update. A simple courtesy call or text when an update happens would be ideal. Restaurant owners and managers are swamped with daily responsibilities and interacting with customers. Sending an email with critical or time-sensitive information (some of which I never received) is not the most efficient way to communicate with their customer base.

Touch Bistro is a very user friendly system. New employees train very quickly! Customer service is a phone call away to help with any issues.

IT is easy to work with, modify orders, change daily specials, and track everything sold. The online and phone support is great. The down fall has been printing credit card receipts all the time, there isn't a way to turn the print mode off. It slows the process down during lunch.

I have called several times because the drawer won't open right away and have followed the instructions I was given. It was better but still hangs up. Otherwise, the system was what I was looking for, easy to program, gives clear records.

I like touch bristro very much. It is ease to use and program. Ease set up. Love the reports. Missing some functionality on pricing but there are some work arounds. Great product and support. Very affordable for us.

Had a great experience on first implementation. Excellent integration between device, app, server and network. Easy working with team at TouchBistro. 20 months since installation and the system is essentially flawless from an IT perspective.
