“Fabulous cordless Iron..had bought this last year and made use of it today in Goa India. Still good. M loving it... Proud to have one with me. Everyone at home are amazed. Now they all can press their outfit anywhere in the house. Just charge and press.”

“Great microwave, it arrived very quickly and works well. The only issue was that the plate they sent with it was too big, it fits inside but at a slant and won't spin”

“I received a damaged bin and contacted customer services immediately it took a week for them to ask for pictures and offer a tiny refund, still waiting for a response as would like a replacement”

“Ceraglide 3100W steam iron. Efficient, but no gauge, so you can't tell the water's run out until the steam stops which is often. Also the handle it quite large for my little hands. Oddly, I suspect it was designed for a more man-handed user.”

“I must thank Tower for replacing my saucepan set I did send a silly rude email which I now apologise for & credit to Tower they have gone out their way to contact me twice to resolve my issues I did write a bad review about their warranty but to their credit they have gone out their way to put right”

“I ordered an air fryer on the 1st of May and it has not arrived. I spoke to a member of the team over a week ago who assured me they would find out why and update me but I have heard nothing. No reply to emails, impossible to speak to someone on the phone!”

I was sorry to learn that your parcel had not been delivered within its expected timescales. Our courier partners work extremely hard to ensure thousands of our customers received their parcels safely. On rare occasions a parcel may go astray within pour courier partners busy network - sadly this was the case with your parcel. Efforts were made to attempt to locate your parcel without success so a replacement product was ordered for you which I'm pleased to learn has now been delivered to you. “This is my second tower airfryer (T17072) the first one was great but was recalled . This one is larger (7l) plus has a cooking window which is great as it is more economical to check cooking without opening the fryer. Whilst larger than the previous one you can more easily spread out the contents for faster all over cooking. I would have preferred the controls to have been on the front as if it's bright the digital information can be difficult to read. Also another plus is that the nonstick seems much superior to my earlier model”
