Hi Aftab Many thanks for your comments. We were very disappointed to read your review. When a customer contacts us we acknowledge safe receipt of your message and provide a timescale as to when you can expect a response from us. In addition we do make a polite request to avoid sending duplicate messages to us as this only hinders our ability to respond in the shortest possible time. “Although the air fryer itself is good for use in our caravan , the grill base inside it is of such poor quality that the non stick coating deteriorates without any abrasives and the rubber feet fall off risking damage of the pan surface. We bought a ninja air fryer for home and the quality is in a different league. Never sticks and easy to clean.”

“I wrote a review some weeks ago, outlining my problems with two Tower sensor bins, which I had purchased two years ago. Towers Customer Service have been exceedingly helpful, and offered anything from their present products, within the price range of my original purchase. I chose an Air Fryer, which arrived very quickly, and I look forward to a new way of cooking. Makes a nice change to deal with a company who have good Customer Service. Thank You”

“Cord/cordless iron from Tesco £20.00 the price is excellent good 12 months warranty extendable to 3 years on registration very light and easy to use lovely easy glide faceplate easy conversion from corded to cordless so far a good iron my only niggle rather than complaint is I can’t see the water content in the iron the dark blue case makes the water level virtually impossible to see could have done with a clear visible section overfilled it every time I’ve used it so far because of this water everywhere that’s my reason for 4 stars but really nice quality iron for the price hopefully it out lasts the warranty”

“I purchased the Tower Vortx Vizion 7L digital air fryer 2 weeks ago. I absolutely love it,very easy to use, it cooks all the food evenly and most of all so quickly. The large basket is great to cook a full meal. And the view window is ideal because you don't have to open the drawer to check on your food. Not loud at all when in use. Highly recommended this air fryer”

“Mum loves it but she said it needed some sort of removable handle as she sometimes go to grab the cooking racks without putting a towel or oven glove on as old hot air oven had handle.thats why it got a 4 out of 5”
