Order no 20454051 still hasn't arrived. And have sent losfs of emails this wek and no response. I was told I would have my order by Weds the 15th as I needed it for the weekend. I am not happy and want a refund

Delivery was due Monday now Wednesday this was for.my best man on my wedding next week. No reply to e mail, no decent response to Facebook just telling me to contact care team. No mention of reimbursing. AVOID!!!

I was looking for a last minute addition to the main present for a bday. Even though there were much more interesting, same themed products from other sellers, and even at much better price - only this seller 'promised' to do next day delivery for an extra charge so i opted out for them. Expected delivery date passed 4 days ago, bday - 3 days ago, nothing has been delivered yet. The only thing that i heard from customer support - that the item has been shipped...They do not recognise that they increased product price for a faster delivery which never happened and do not give a damn if the purchase ever got delivered or not. Money has been paid and it is the only thing that matters to them. Scam shop, should be shut down by the authorities

Bought 2 suitcases that were pretty expensive. The wheels stuck when you tried to wheel it or went it's own way, so difficult to control. Contacted the company. Was told to send a video and their "research" team would look at it. After 6 weeks I got this email... Good Afternoon Tracey Thank you for the reply Just to confirm my specialist department who deal with these items have come back to me with this. These are multi directional wheels and will go where they are pulled. They are not for being pushed in a straight line I hope this clear up any issues. Sorry for all the delay with finding out Kind regards, Asa Burke Customer Care It took 6 WEEKS for them to say this!!!! These suitcases have 4 wheels not 2 and they are saying you should drag behind you a suitcase with 4 WHEELS???? And now they won't respond!!!! Anyone knows that a suitcase with 4 wheels is pushed at the side of you and if you are walking in a straight line, the suitcases should wheel with you in a straight line!!!! My suitcases don't..they go off in their own direction. I'm so sad that this company has let me down. Tracey Shield

Really unhappy with the service received in connection with the order of the claireabella beach towel I ordered as a gift for my daughter. Despite expected delivery being 9th July I still haven’t received the order 15 days later, or any explanation on why there has been a delay despite contacting twice. My daughter goes on holiday in a week and having since seen many other poor reviews online on various social media platforms regarding delayed orders (which appear to be ignored, despite comments on possible orders being commented on by the business) I now have no confidence that this will arrive in time.

£60 for 2 towels that took 4 weeks to come and only received 1. Quality is awful I can't even touch it. Print is good but not worth more than a 5a. Still only got 1 towel. DO NOT BUY

Jute bag 40 pounds ha split hardly been used contacted them apparently after 3 months you it’s down to customers responsibility didn’t even ask to have it sent back to check it see if it is faulty absolute waste of 40 pounds

Terrible service & quality. Received my order 3 weeks after placing it. Quality of goods is unacceptable. Canvas bag (pink) and glitter effect beach towel are both very very thin. For £45 I would have expected a lot more. Would not use this company again or recommend to anyone. Celebrities get this poor quality for free so no wonder you see them with it.

I ordered a hoody nearly 4 weeks ago, it should have arrived on the 21st May and I still haven’t received it. I keep being told the same thing, it’s in production. I will NEVER use this company again which is a shame becuse I love their products.

this company is now INSOLVENT. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! They continued to trade and took our money after they went insolvent. DISGRACEFUL.

Ordered two bags almost a month ago on friends' recommendation and still not arrived. When I chased last week I had an email from Asa Burke last week saying it was being despatched royal mail but still nothing has arrived AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Used this company a number of times in the past for myself and for gifts for friends, and was always delighted with the products, service and delivery. What has gone wrong???? Placed an order in their birthday promotion (early April) and still haven't received my bag. It always appear to be in production and no-one seems to be able to say when it will be available for delivery. the phone system is never working - always getting maintenance done. They seem very able to to continue sending me emails offering various discounts every other day. (one has just popped into my email box just now - yet they didn't send me a GDPR one!! Still hoping to receive my bag before I leave for holiday on Friday, but to be honest I'm not holding out much hope :( I am one very disappointed ClaireaBella customer. My advise - avoid where possible until they get their act together. I've also noted they haven't responded to any comments on here which again is poor customer service.

Very Poor . Bag purchased 3 months ago , and still no bag !! contacted the team several times and they just keep saying that the bag is in production !! Asked for a refund several times but not given !! Phone lines are never working either !! need reporting to trading standards.

Quick to take your money but terrible customer service. Ordered 4 canvas bags 3 and a half weeks ago, was told a week for delivery and am still waiting. It appears as though only 1 person (Asa) works for this company. Maybe they should employ more staff in order to fullfill customers orders. Will not use this company again.

Bag ordered one month ago £45 and still no bag! Emailed several times can not speak with them as telephone lines do not work. Do not use!

DO NOT ORDER FROM RIP OFF COMPANY..!! I have been waiting over a month now for a hoodie I ordered for my daughter. I have emailed twice now & was told it is 'in production' & will be with me within 5 days. This was 3 week's ago & I still haven't received it..!!

Ordered a ClairaBella Mug for my mum for Mothers Day 2018; Still waiting on delivery now middle of April! This company doesn’t reply to emails and every time I try to phone the lines are down. This company is a joke and definitely crossed off my list.

Have bought lots of things off this company my daughter loves it even two suitcases at xmas time last year came within the week but ordered two pairs flip flops on 14 March estimated delivery was 21 March so after no show I emailed as phone line is down for maintenance emailed back saying in last stages of production and would receive email when dispatched still no show emailed them back on Tuesday and nothing really disappointed don’t know what has happened because still get offers and new designs sent and would of kept adding to our collection beginning to think they’ve gone bust after seeing it happening to everyone else an email back with explanation would be nice and still hoping they will arrive
