“I am over the moon with my items- after one went missing in the post their customer service team went above and beyond to help me and keep me informed on what was happening and when progress was being made I would fully recommend to anyone wanting a personalised item order one here !”

“Thank you so much for my personalised notebooks, they arrived today and I love them. One is for me and the other is for my sister and I'm sure she'll love it as much as I do! I only ordered them on 22nd March and they arrived on 29th! Fantastic service.”

“Ordered my bag and supposed to get a £10 discount which didn’t come off the total. Replied to the order confirmation email and it was refunded immediately! The bag itself came a week early and is fabulous. I have used this company twice now and highly recommend them!”

“I wanted a large Jute bag for my Mother for Mothers Day and David and the design team made it possible. I did allow a good amount of time for this to be processed, however, the team assured me it would get to me and it did. They responded promptly to all my emails and were there at the other end of the phone too. Which is NOT the case for a lot of companies these days. A really nice company to deal with and really does make me want to go back for future gifts. Thank You Toxicfox.”
