Hi Robert, Unfortunately we never received any emails from yourself and after your review, our managing director reached out to see if he could personally resolve your issue and you never responded to him either. Placed an order online for a Sealey 3290CX trolley Jack, I received confirmation of my order by email, the following day I had my order cancelled and a refund issued with no reason given, went back on the website to find I could re order my item but at a higher price, when I contact customer service they would not honour my order. Not very good service would not use again!!

I've sent 2 emails to the company with no response. Item was poorly packaged. Unsure if it comes with warrently, as I think I might need it after it rattled its way up to me.

Orderd chisels on the Friday needed them for going a way on a job Monday so payed 8:99 next day delivery and didn’t get them till Monday could have got them somewhere else

I needed my order to be delivered in time for a specific job, so I made sure I purchased well within the advertised delivery times. When the order did not arrive then, I called up customer services, to be told they had delayed dispatch due to another item not being in stock. I asked for express delivery for the tool I needed, giving them the cut-off date for the job and received assurances the delivery would come on time. It didn't, so I lost my days fee - there was no time to re-schedule my diary, as I worked on their assurances. and when I complained they compensated me with less than 10% of the value of the fee I'd lost out. NOT HAPPY

Took 7 days to send an item that was supposed to arrive in 2-3. Spent most of those 7 days telling me it had already been sent.

If there was a disastrous star, i would have pressed it. Bought items, paid immediately. After 6 days they told me that they dont have the order because of Paypal mistake (but, like a miracle, when I sent them an enquiry they told me they just received the order), after another 4 days I ve texted them about the promise of fast shipping, the reply was "there is one item from your order which is not in stock" and i asked why no one inform me about this issue. (obviously no answers). I confirmed the order even with one of the items missing, passed 5 days and asked for an update (no answer), asked again the day after, they told me they passed them to the courier asap and will ship immediately so I asked for a tracking number. After 2 days they sent me the tracking number, I waited for 4 days and sent them an email asking why on the courier website there is no information regarding my parcel. Want to know the reply, Oh we are sorry but the courier told us that they cannot ship this item. And again, no one dared to even send an email. What a disastrous way to threat your customers. At least refund was quick.

As you can see from other reviews we do provide an excellent service normally and you can rest assured we will adjust our practices to make sure that this never happens again to anyone in a similar situation to yourself. Unfortunately your location, MALTA, should have been picked up by our team and we should have realised that we cannot ship loose batteries to islands due to customs restrictions. Either way this transaction would have resulted in your order being cancelled but honestly and with the sincerest apologies we should have dealt with it on the day of your order. Purchased a Milwaukee drill and impact set with a 5amp battery upgrade. When I used the drill I noticed a slight wobble as if the chuck wasn't centred.I contacted TCD by email through the returns service which was ignored so I eventually got through to customer services on the phone. Even though I was well within the 28 day return policy they didn't want to know and couldn't get me off the phone quick enough...and told me to contact the manufacturer. What's the point in having a return service at all ? Shame really as they have a great range at good prices but shocking customer service. Contacted Milwaukee who sorted it immediately and sure enough it was a faulty chuck.

I would like to wright a review, but the shipment have not arrived yet. As per DPD tracking information, the parcel was received on 19 nov, and the last information , on 20 nov, is "parcel has left the United Kingdom and is in it's way to Portugal". Please investigate and inform. Thanks MM

Hi Manuel, Thank you for your review. I'm terribly sorry that your parcel took so long to get to you. As you can see from the DPD tracking, you ordered it on the 19th, we sent it out to you on the 19th and it left the UK on the 20th. At that stage it was then in the hands of the Portuguese carrier system and sadly they then took 10 days to get our parcel to you. We sincerely apologise for this delay but we hope your goods was as expected and that our service and goods were up to scratch (notwithstanding the service from Chronopost Portugal). I paid postage and packaging on some pz2 drill bits I purchased from yourselves, which I had to pick up from the Royal Mail post office and pay extra again because they said that yourselves had not paid enough.. not happy won’t be purchasing from yourselves again!!!

Item came damaged asked for replacement three times no answer did not read my email properly. Will not be using them again and if they do not sort out then getting trading standards involved. Spencer Nichol
