“I would like to wright a review, but the shipment have not arrived yet. As per DPD tracking information, the parcel was received on 19 nov, and the last information , on 20 nov, is "parcel has left the United Kingdom and is in it's way to Portugal". Please investigate and inform. Thanks MM”

Hi Manuel, Thank you for your review. I'm terribly sorry that your parcel took so long to get to you. As you can see from the DPD tracking, you ordered it on the 19th, we sent it out to you on the 19th and it left the UK on the 20th. At that stage it was then in the hands of the Portuguese carrier system and sadly they then took 10 days to get our parcel to you. We sincerely apologise for this delay but we hope your goods was as expected and that our service and goods were up to scratch (notwithstanding the service from Chronopost Portugal). “1st time I’ve used TCD as a supplier. I found the service great and they use DPD for deliveries which are reliable and flexible too. My only comment would be TCD seem to take a while to re-stock some items, however this may be a supplier issue for them. (Direct reference to Milwaukee Packout items, with the items I bought being all they’ve had for a while now, with my purchase putting them out of stock completely!)”

“Your service was was excellent as we're the tools I ordered. The cost of the items were one of the reasons I ordered from yourselves. When I need particular tools I surf all the wholesalers who have stock them and try and get what I feels a fair price. I already have a few Milwaukee tools and will get more as I'm pleased with the products. I'm very happy with what I purchased from you. I will continue to to surf your site to look at other items as of when I need them. Regards Bob Cross.”

“Great service from a company I had no previous knowledge, or experience with. I purchased a large item, and received a phone call the day before delivery was due, to ask if I had the means to lift the heavy item off the van at my end, which I didn’t, this was no trouble and a tail lift delivery vehicle was promptly arranged and didn’t delay delivery. If there was one criticism it was that I couldn’t log in to the account to track my order on my smartphone, this had to be done on a desktop device. All in all great service.”
