“Didn’t have any interaction with TCD, this was because the website was so easy to navigate and I knew what I wanted. The price of the drill was cheaper than anywhere else so feel I got a bargain. Delivery was as detailed so no complaints there, and I’m really pleased with the drill. A pro quality drill at DIYer prices. Perfect.”

“Purchased a Milwaukee drill and impact set with a 5amp battery upgrade. When I used the drill I noticed a slight wobble as if the chuck wasn't centred.I contacted TCD by email through the returns service which was ignored so I eventually got through to customer services on the phone. Even though I was well within the 28 day return policy they didn't want to know and couldn't get me off the phone quick enough...and told me to contact the manufacturer. What's the point in having a return service at all ? Shame really as they have a great range at good prices but shocking customer service. Contacted Milwaukee who sorted it immediately and sure enough it was a faulty chuck.”

“easy to locate and order what I needed. Speedy delivery. Joiner who put in new floor was amazed he had bever hear of these access panels, Much better than a loose piece of floorboard to give access to stop tap. Will recommend to anyone I know.”

“This is the first time I've used these guys so was a bit apprehensive about dealing with them but I didnt have to worry as the transaction was straightforward and fast.The goods came quickly and the price was low, in fact lower than it was on black friday so all in all I'm very happy to deal with TDC again soon”

“Originally ordered incorrect gas box cover, returned with swift refund, then ordered correct box which was as described, DPD delivery service with 1 hour time slot was a good touch.”
