“Easy to order quick delivery very good service”

“I recently purchased an Armitage Shanks flat bath panel. I had no problems at all with delivery but the panel is completely floppy. Even the delivery man commented upon it. I immediately telephoned to complain but the only recourse open was to send it back. Plumber waiting to fit bath. I have had to purchase some thin hardboard to stick it on to. Not happy paying over £50 for a flat piece of white thin, floppy plastic! NOT HAPPY.”

“The item is as expected, however it has taken a week to arrive. Ordered on the 14th November arrived on 21st. This was partly due to the courier, DX, who apparently insists on ID and a signature, but won't give a delivery time apart from a whole day. Who can afford to stay in all day ??????????? USE A MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COURIER”

“Refused to refund a returned basin. Didn't answer emails. Refused to given the name of the managing director to raise the complaint. Blamed supplier for not allowing them to refund...didn't acknowledge customer relationship is with them not their supplier.”
