“Ordered Ideal Standard taps, but these were not in stock so got them replaced with similar taps delivered the next day. Very helpful on the telephone to sort out the order.”

“I ordered 2 toilet seats from Trade Taps. They immediately acknowledged the order and the day after I received a phone call to organise the delivery date. I was told that the delivery driver would ring me about an hour before he was to arrive at my home. Excellent service by all..Thanks”

“Sometimes you only find out how good a supplier is when something goes wrong. I my case the item I ordered was unexpectedly out of stock. However, Stevie at Trade Taps mangaged to obtain the item and deliver on time. Excellent service with a personal touch.”
