“Initially, I had delivery issues with my product, however, the team at TradeTaps made the process appear seamless by reorganising another delivery without fuss and my products were delivered as requested. Unfortunately, the product I had ordered cannot be returned, though the customer service representative was most helpful in directing me to other alternatives.”

“The taps arrived super quick. There was a very slight problem with a tiny missing part that was probably not the fault of Trade Taps. Anyway, they sorted the problem and arranged for the missing part to be sent direct to me, very quickly and efficiently. Thank you.”

“Quick delivery although there were some issues. 1. Website said delivery was for 31st Dec and made no mention of being closed over Christmas period so it wasn't even dispatched until after new year. 2. Was told by customer sevice that delivery needed to be signed for so date changed. They delivered it on orginal date and said didn't have to be signed for so left package. Need to get information straight. Love the product.”
