“Tried several suppliers for same product. Earliest delivery 3 weeks. Saw these ordered and delivered in less than 18hrs. Little more expensive but great delivery and no suspect damage to parcel”

“Item arrived promptly within time frame and goods as ordered. The only negative is why suppliers continue to ship delicate pottery without protective packaging. Surely a simple but sturdy cardboard box would be a good idea to prevent, damages, disappointment and returns?”

“Item arrived in good condition. Delivery time was good although not next day as originally indicated but no complaints as I am in Scotland. Not cheapest price but readily available - other companies offering discount could not deliver for 2 weeks.”

“The replacement WC seat arrived the next day albeit that I had asked for it to be delivered the day after. A second seat arrived the day after so I returned it with the courier . The goods just what I wanted and I want to thank the sales Staff for helping me select the replacement. I would definitely would use you again.”

“Seems exactly what I ordered although I did call and speak to a rep on the phone to see if the shower tray would be EXACTLY 1800x900mm and there was an extra 5mm on each size. Good job I hadn't fitted the new wall in place. If you don't know the answer then please don't guess. Could have cost me a lot of work. Good service apart from this though. Would shop there again.”
