“Item arrived promptly within time frame and goods as ordered. The only negative is why suppliers continue to ship delicate pottery without protective packaging. Surely a simple but sturdy cardboard box would be a good idea to prevent, damages, disappointment and returns?”

“The replacement WC seat arrived the next day albeit that I had asked for it to be delivered the day after. A second seat arrived the day after so I returned it with the courier . The goods just what I wanted and I want to thank the sales Staff for helping me select the replacement. I would definitely would use you again.”

“Seems exactly what I ordered although I did call and speak to a rep on the phone to see if the shower tray would be EXACTLY 1800x900mm and there was an extra 5mm on each size. Good job I hadn't fitted the new wall in place. If you don't know the answer then please don't guess. Could have cost me a lot of work. Good service apart from this though. Would shop there again.”
