“Fitted cistern I bought but when connected to water supply water kept flowing in to bowl when I took out siphon there was a rubber missing .I had to phone gibrit spares to purchase a new rubber ,came today 15/04 had to call back to fit it luckily customer was understanding .price and delivery very good”

“Awful !!! Stay away! Horrible service and extremely rude staff !!! The promise next day delivery if an order is placed before 12:00, which I did and the double checked with the Customer Service that it's really next day. The answer was that they cannot do it and deliver the day after. Item was critical but I still could wait. Then I received DPD text that my item will only be delivered after weekend. Called customer service - super rude!!! they told me that they couldn't load the item on time and offered me to pay extra 10% of the order to get in on Saturday or still wait for after weekend or cancel. I suggested that responsible business would absorb extra delivery cost in this situation and not fail the customer and they started laughing. Overall - that's my very worst customer experience ever!”

“I was very impressed with Trade Taps. They price matched, and had the item delivered very quickly. There was a minor issue with one of the handles on the tap I received, however I called them and they sorted it out very promptly and efficiently for me. I can definitely recommend them and will be ordering from them again!”
