“Trade Taps had exactly what I wanted in stock and at a good price. When I rang to enquire about delivery I couldn't have had a nicer response to my enquiry and when it came to delivery, which was very quick, I received a call from the driver to check that I was in and advise he was on his way. I have never used Trade Taps before and I only had a small order but the customer care was excellent regardless. I will use them again and recommend them to others.”

“After placing order was informed the item was not in stock and it would be 7-10 days before it would be available. Arranged delivery and after the time had elapsed I checked with the courier who did not even have the item. When I contacted Trade Taps blame was placed on the courier not collecting the item but no one had the courtesy to contact me to communicate this information after I had already been waiting in for it. I was told that it would be sent out the next day without an apology or any regard as to whether that would be convenient for me. Nor did I receive any response to my further email. Shambolic service.”
