“On Thursday afternoon 4 September I was having difficulty ordering some taps via the internet so rang your firm to ask if I could order by telephone.. The lady who took my call was extremely efficient and told me that unfortunately I had just missed having my order delivered by courier but assured me that the taps would be delivered on Monday (today). They have just arrived - so thank you very much for your help - just hope the plumber acts as quickly !!!! Hilary Garden”

“Before placing an order I call company to see if product was in stock and ready to go. As been let down by other companies in the past. Gentleman on the phone was polite and 'on the ball' with my request and gave me full confidence in placing the order. The delivery was as 'it said on the can'. as again we have had many delivers and it is really surprising how big branded deliver companies get so much wrong. Very happy with service, product and delivery and would consider using again if had products we need. Regards RW”
