“Appalling customer service. I reported that the good I purchased were faulty and the repose as exactly as detailed below, I am reporting this company to trading standards and requesting a claim back from my Bank as I paid by Visa Debit. Choose another company to buy from Ray Davis (Dramco Limited) Sep 4, 17:08 BST Good afternoon Unfortunately we need to be notified of any damages within 48 hours of delivery so on this occasion we can not do anything Many thanks”
