“Delivery times for this particular product were confusing. Apparently this product came direct from the manufacturer and so there was not on next day delivery as one page suggested. Trade taps admitted this was confusing . When eventually received, box was damaged leading to tap being scratched slightly, but not where it could be seen so it is being kept. Nice looking tap otherwise.”

“I rang Trade Taps as my plumber and decorator were unable to source a toilet seat which had been broken during the course of their work. Trade Taps were excellent, they telephoned the original manufacturer for me, to check which one I needed, and let me know how much time I had left during which I could get it delivered the next working day. The seat arrived on the day stated. Everything you would want from a firm delivering excellent customer service. I am still awaiting my plumber though …….”

“Took 3 months to deliver the goods. Full of excuses. And always going to phone you back..... but never did. Final insult was that the taps arrived with them on Friday and they were asked to send them out quickly. Oh yes. We'll do that. They arrived with me on Wed. Delays, half truths, empty promises, and a total lack of customer focus. Beware!”
