“Chose a Friday as the specific delivery day for the basin (could have chosen any day that week) but didn't come till the Monday after. Wasn't called back within an hour as promised when I phoned for a delivery time on the Friday. Wasn't told about the delay until I phoned again later and was given the excuse that stock hadn't come in until Thursday. Had to delay tiler, plumber and moving house as a result. Had an apology when I phoned but sadly no offer of a a delivery refund. Delivery driver was great on the Monday, phoned ahead before delivering. Basin is good.”

“Item arrived promptly within time frame and goods as ordered. The only negative is why suppliers continue to ship delicate pottery without protective packaging. Surely a simple but sturdy cardboard box would be a good idea to prevent, damages, disappointment and returns?”

“Order arrived promptly & with a very happy courier from Ideal. Toilet seat is great quality 7 fits well, my only gripe was that the spec mentions metal hinges, these were not included in the shipment?! I hadn't bothered contacting as the old ones fit fine, just would have been nice to have the entire shipment”
