“The bumper was scratched badly In Several places. Two of the scratches are down to the bare metal. I don't have time to send it back because it needs to be back on the car for its MOT. Not good!”

“I accidentally ordered the wrong part, which is obviously not Trade Vehicle Parts Fault, but the panel was so flimsily packaged that by the time we received it looked like it had been involved in banger racing. Don't want a refund as the part was very reasonably priced, but would have serious reservations about ordering anything else if that is the standard of packaging.”

“Was sent the wrong part twice and was promised a call back today but no one did Update 25/07/20 After speaking with bille and explaining they have Rectified the problem in a professional manner and also pass on my comments to all the teams for training”
