“I was sceptical having ordered non genuine parts from other companies in the past and being disappointed by the quality, but my Touareg lower grille from tradevehicleparts.co.uk couldn’t be better. Great service, great part and a third of the price of a genuine grille.”

“They were extremely helpful with any inquiries we had regarding the part before ordering, so that I knew I was definitely ordering the correct item for my car. I ordered a wing mirror for my VW Polo, everything was package really well (mirror separately bubble wrapped) and it had everything we needed to replace the old one. Delivery was really quick and I was provided with all the relevant tracking information. Would definitely use again.”

“The test of how good a company actually is when something goes wrong. TVP passed with flying colours! New grille arrived broken in transit on Friday. By the following Tuesday a replacement had arrived. Good product but more importantly, good people.”

“TVP's "No quibble return" guarantee means what it says. The connector on the replacement wing mirror that I ordered from them did not match the connector in my car door. After a quick exchange of emails to clarify how the problem arose (mislabelling by the manufacturer) they promptly emailed me a reply-paid return label. Then they authorised my refund on the same day that the carrier returned the wing mirror to their premises.”

“Ordered a item that was due to arrive on a certain day but on the day off delivery the department who sells this item was never available. Tried contacting them over multiple different ways and still no reply. Won't be buying from them again.”

I will have to disagree with your comment that there was no reply to your inquiry, in fact, there are 6 messages sent to you within 2 days with updates on your parcel delivery.
