“SCAMMERS! AVOID! I received an imitation grille that looked like it had been taken off a kids ride on toy car, when I emailed them they were just aggressive and refused a full refund. I have now opened a case with trading standards.”

We would like to clarify that we do not intend to be aggressive with any customer. Our team always aims to help and resolve issues fairly in line with our returns policy. As this review has been left anonymously, we are unable to identify the order, check the communication history, or review exactly what happened. Please also note that our grilles are aftermarket replacement parts rather than genuine manufacturer/OEM parts, and this is normally stated on the listing.
