“It’s been 5 days since I ordered and I have not got the delivery yet. The delivery company provides a vague time saying the delivery will be done between 8:00 to 18:00. I have work on those days and it hard to be in the house waiting for the delivery to happens. The company does to leave it in a safe nor deliver to a nearby address which is convenient for both parties. I have now missed this delivery twice because of the vauge times and I have ordered the product as a matter of urgency. Very disappointed and frustrated at the overall service.”

“The original panel arrived damaged and since the packaging showed no signs of damage this likely occurred prior to packaging. When reported, the sales staff immediately offered to send a replacement free of charge. An excellent service.”

“If my neighbor hadn’t happened to be at home, I wouldn’t have received my delivery. It wasn’t technically possible to leave any delivery instructions, so this caused a lot of inconvenience. I assume there’s a third-party involved, which explains the situation”
