“I was a little bit disappointed with my wing mirror for Focus ST. i went to collect the item from the shop direct, good job i did it, it turned out the white indicator plastic corner were damaged, been given the 2nd one from stock - same thing... been offered a fair discount, took the mirror because it fixed my parking sensor at last! Hard to give 5 star review, i really wanted to do so, as the all process were simple and customer service at good level.”

“These guys were super fast at delivering the item. When i reported an issue with the item, they voluntarily offered a replacement immediately. They went above and beyond their responsibility to make sure i was sorted. Kudos guys!”

“Got the correct part for my Citroen dispatch van ordered on the Monday afternoon and the part was here on Wednesday at midday, there was a slight issue with a part that failed after a week and company sent out replacement part that was here 24hrs latter, at no extra cost , would highly recommend them for parts and great customer service”

“Fantastic. Arrived early, didn’t realise I was getting 2 powered gas struts for the price, so doubly impressed with the price and actually did a “5 minute” job in under 5 mins when fitting it.”

“Super helpful I needed a new wing mirror didn’t know there was different types! I called up and spoke to a kind advisor who thoroughly asked question to determine the right one then gave me the part number to order. Once I ordered I also got an email asking the same questions to check I was ordering the right part no fuss no delay part coming in couple of days! Thoroughly recommend will use them again in future thanks guys!”
