“Fantastic correspondence with questions ive had I have used tvp on 3 occasions for 2 different cars in the last 6 weeks parts have been to a high standard and delivered before the time stated I would definitely recommend and I'll definitely be using them when in need off good quality but cheap car parts”

“Part was good value and looked to be of decent quality. Postage was quick and free. Small complaint, plastic part and was folded flat for Postage causing some deformity but was rectified with a little gentle heat.”

“The customer service team were very helpful, original part arrived and was damaged, I believe this was done from the manufacturer, it also took a week to get here. I followed up and again the customer service team were extremely helpful and after I returned the original, a new fan motor was sent back out to me. This was on a next day. I would recommend and use TVP again, however they use Evri as their courier, and I personally have had lots and lots of issues with them not following instructions, today the courier just dropped a new fan motor over a 5 foot gate onto a concrete floor, then told me he had rung the bell and knocked, I told him he hadn’t and he argued with me until I showed him live footage from my camera, dont lie guys !! so next time I would probably ask if there is an alternative even if it costs a little more. Thanks TVP”

“Do NOT use, I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company. Before purchasing a bumper for my vehicle. I provided my registration number multiple times and was repeatedly assured that the part supplied would fit my vehicle. After spending time attempting installation, it became clear that the bumper was completely incompatible. To make matters worse, the identifying code/part number on the bumper had been scraped off, which immediately raised concerns about the legitimacy and traceability of the part supplied. This caused significant inconvenience, wasted time, and unnecessary frustration. Poor communication, incorrect advice, and questionable handling of parts are not acceptable when customers are relying on accurate information for vehicle compatibility. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience and for the inconvenience caused. We always try to help customers confirm compatibility before purchase, using the vehicle details provided. However, some bumper variants cannot always be identified by registration alone, as vehicles can have different bumper specifications depending on trim level, optional extras, or previous changes. Once the bumper had been painted/modified, unfortunately we were unable to accept it back for a full refund, as it was no longer in its original resaleable condition. This is why we could not process the return in the normal way. Regarding the part number/marking, this is an aftermarket replacement bumper and not a genuine OEM bumper, so it may not carry the same manufacturer stamping or markings as the original part. Any supplier/moulding marks on the rear of aftermarket panels can vary and are not always the same as the OEM reference. We apologise again that the part was not suitable for your vehicle and that the situation caused frustration. We always aim to resolve issues fairly, but painted or modified parts do limit the return options available.
