“Do not use. Ordered parts, they use Evri (says it all). Evri failed to deliver on agreed date, had to arrange another delivery date and had to change delivery address as would not be in (using Evri’s website) - package goes missing… TVP extremely unhelpful, saying they cannot be responsible if delivery address changed…- only after being notified of a problem…. (I had no choice) Chargeback process started. Use another company who uses a decent delivery company, save yourself any problems”

“The water pump on my BMW E92 failed after 19 years (!) and I was looking for a replacement - all the normal companies Autodoc etc were quoting prices in the region of £300. By chance on a Google search I came across TVP and they had the right unit at £77 - no contest I ordered it and it arrived in 2 days. By chance I noticed that the bolts were missing - emailed and called TVP and the bolts arrived the next day by courier. Superb service . Fitted to the car yesterday and everything is working well. I can't praise this company highly enough and will be using them again. Just one thing their web site needs updating so if you need a part I would contact the company direct with your Reg and VIN number.”

“I ordered a Catalytic Converter and it was faulty. The company are refusing to help me with a return as they won't talk to me directly, they are insisting I go back to ebay which i am struggling with. Its frustrating that they won't help me when I have the invoice to prove that I purchased from them.”

“Ordered a replacement body panel for my Audi A1 late at night, the following morning I had an email to check the fitment to my registration and the order was processed the same day. Package arrived 2 days later through DHL in perfect condition. The part is perfect and fits amazingly. Highly recommend, no time wasted!”
