“What a great and unusual company .... I mistakenly ordered the wrong part for my son's car ... the part was cheaper than anywhere else, turned up quickly and once I realised my mistake, was easy (and free!) to return. I then ordered the correct part after being sent the correct code to use by the team and again, it arrived quickly. Lots of friendly and helpful communication. I know I shouldn't be so shocked but it's so unusual to be delighted by a company being good and what they do, but I am! Highly recommended.”

“When I placed my order with you it stated that my parcel would be delivered by the 3rd Feb. It has not been delivered. Had I known that you used EVRI for your deliveries I would not have purchased anything from you. I have tried to contact Evri but all I get is a ROBOT. Evri are awful and are the worst company for deliveries. I have contacted you about this but have had no response. I am very angry and annoyed that my parcel was not delivered as stated when placing my order. It is still sitting in the Evri Depot.”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service. I didn’t notice until after the transaction had gone through that I had left the shipping option at collection by myself. I spoke to a lovely guy in customer service who changed it to delivery straight away. He confirmed this in writing via email and then a few hours later the shipping company emailed to say they had my order. There was only 1 working day between ordering and delivery. I would absolutely use these guys again in the future. Can't fault them at all.”

“We were very pleased with the service received from Trade Vehicle. We ordered a near side front side panel to fit an Audi A5. The part arrived within a couple of days, was well packaged and in good condition. The company kept us informed every step of the way on the progress of the order, with regular updates by email. We can't fault the service we have received so far.”

“PERFECT service. Ordered a wing mirror in the afternoon after a nasty incident with a pheasant who flew out of the hedge and into my wing mirror and demolished it. The replacement was easy to find on this website and a good price. The delivery was perfect as it arrived next morning. Now fitted and spot on. Need my van everyday so very very happy. Thanks for a great service. PS I don't even like pheasant!!!!Bet he has a headache.”
