“I haven’t received the item yet but I did only order this morning, however customer service was amazing they emailed me straight away to double check I ordered the right part and was even cheaper than eBay and Big brand Silver lake by 50% absolutely amazing”

“Do not use. Ordered parts, they use Evri (says it all). Evri failed to deliver on agreed date, had to arrange another delivery date and had to change delivery address as would not be in (using Evri’s website) - package goes missing… TVP extremely unhelpful, saying they cannot be responsible if delivery address changed…- only after being notified of a problem…. (I had no choice) Chargeback process started. Use another company who uses a decent delivery company, save yourself any problems”

For security and logistical reasons, address changes after dispatch are outside of our control and can result in delays while the courier updates the delivery details.
