“I ordered a clio wiper linkage for my daughters car. It arrived but was damaged. A replacement was sent it also had damage the same bit was broken off as the first order. I received a replacement for that one this morning. It had the same broken bit as the previous two wiper linkages…. I have requested a refund… I cant go on with this any longer…Absolute rubbish…”

“Let down by Hermes parcel delivery. Good experience from ordering on TVP website. Order confirmed on Mon 11 Jan. Eventually turned up on Mon 18th. Not the 2-3 day delivery quoted. Hermes tracker showed wrong information for days and couldn’t speak to a Human at Hermes. Was left wondering whether it would ever turn up. TVP were good in getting in contact and offering partial refund and apology.”

“Best and fast customer service. The only reason I gave 4 star not 5 because of their courier company HERMES . They need to change it because this courtier company delay or lost the item and update status delivered which totally pathetic. Rung the customer service spoke to Oscar (very help full and professional staff) sent my item same day with Royal Mail and received very next day. I’ll order again from them for sure.”
