I returned a fishing rod, it was sent back to me completely broken , it was worth £46 but I was only paid £25 in compensation. Hermes are not great,😡

Terrible service. Booked a collection for a Monday, no courier showed up. No courier showed up Tuesday either, or halfway through Wednesday afternoon so I called up to find out why. They told me that their system does not monitor the collections and does not automatically rebook missed collection! So promised it would be rebooked for the Thursday, as now too late for Wednesday, but of course, no show again, or Friday. Cheaper courier service, but this is obviously why, you get what you pay for. Arranged FedEx now instead!

I sent vitamins and medicines to my elederly mum. Staff at DHL opened the packages and stole those vitamins. Appalling DHL also charged me 80% of the goods value as custom fees Avoid these guys like plague, please

I do not want to leave even one star. This time I had have horrible experience. The parcel has not been taken at all although they claimed the driver was there. A friend of mine took the parcel and gave it to me. Few days later I am receiving the information that the parcel has been arrived. But they could not allocate it. Very disappointed with the service this time.

Trans global was fine, the contractor they used was totally incompetent and succeeded in trashing the packages, it took ages to get a refund. Be warned, take photos of your parcels.

Avoid these people at all costs. Price cheap -yes.. but the cost when they lose your boxes on the WAY to the depot is outrageous for a courier company.

I have send my used house hold luggage from Amsterdam to London in August, it is delivered fine. But after a month i have received a mail stating that the dimensions mentioned are wrong and ask me to provide the proof of the dimensions . I am 200% confident that the dimensions were correctly mentioned ,since i have thrown away the packages after a month, couldnot prove and end up paying 25% of the additional cost. i thought thats it, but after another 2 months recently i received another letter that they have paid the import duty and asked me to pay more than i have initially paid for the transfer, this is complete cheating and i would not recommend to use Transglobal services unless they explain about all these hidden charges

Had a dispute with the actual carrier ignoring my emails went back to transglobal who said they would sort it all out (i did contract with them originally) But guess what they are now ignoring me

The customers service lady that dealt with my enquiry was helpful at the time. I sent 7 piece of item to Paris by DHL. It cost me enough to send all the items over, plus insurance on top. A month later I get an email from DHL stating I owe another £71.67 due to incorrect metric measurement. How can all 7 items be delivered to the destination address and get charged after a month. I would never send anything aboard or use this type of service. Very unclear!!!

The letter I had paid to be delivered next day arrived 3 days late so it was an expensive waste of The birthday card which I paid to arrive the next day was 3 days late. It was an expensive waste of time. Will not use again.

For quite some time I used Transglobal as my only courier service with no problem. Then they lost my parcel in their depot itself, gave misinformation about their claims procedure in a curt and unprofessional manner, and then when I complained separately, they appointed the same person who was dealing with the claim as the person to deal with my complaint...a bit like marking your own homework or giving yourself a stern talking to. I would now say to avoid Transglobal like the plague - they're great when everything is going OK but compare badly with other couriers when they have to put a mistake right.

Previously I would give this company 5Stars. My son lives in Africa and I needed to send two parcels to Norfolk to be taken to Botswana because there is no delivery service where he lives. The first parcel arrived the next day but the second one a couple of weeks later didn’t get delivered. Apparently at Transglobal mistakingly used the previous delivery code so it got lost with DPD, hence missing the deadline to go on to Africa. They did refund the costs but six months on the parcel is still here - very distressing for us all.

Do NOT BOOK WITH THEM. on Tue , the 23rd Feb 2021. I booked a ' document under 200mg TNT EXPRESS delivery to Germany with them. Before I completed the order I called their office, was told that it would take up to 2days and assured the document would be in Germany by Thurs 25th Feb . I then went ahead completed the order. Today I found out that the ' online booking went to LANDMARK" and will take anything up to 14 days. Thru their online booking system I was led to believe I booked an Express document delivery service via TNT when it reality it went to a 14 day delivery service called Landmark. These are important documents, I did not choose a '14 days delivery service' online, why I would do so for an impotant document is beyond me. I have now filed an OFFICIAL LETTER OF COMPLAINT to TRANSGLOBAL EXPRESS LTD. My next step will be to file an official complaint with CDR, UK, CONSUMER ARBITRATION. Save yourself the hedacheand book with DHL.

Stay far away from this company!!! Stay far away from this company!!! I paid them full amount but Our agreement before I placed the order with Transglobal express to not to send the shipment until I instruct them to send it after my house quarantine was totally ignored and Parcel was sent by DHL on 2 separate destinations with complete wrong weight information which took long time to arrive at actual destination. When it finally arrive at the actual given destination after 2 weeks, because of their multiple mistakes when I was imposed huge customs warehouse fines and parcel was delayed extremely Transglobal express did not co-operate at all to sort the situation. tried calling them several times but no good response was received. After 45 days I still don't have the shipment, Have huge fines on it and added huge stress on top of that to me and my family and all transglobal express did so far is kept ignoring me even after this all happened because of their mistake in first place.

I sent a parcel from UK to Italy on the 4th of January, today is the 24 of January and they still play with brexit thing that this package couldn't go there so now if I track it isn't clear where it is. Until today I still don't have info regarding it. Please do not use this service.

Utterly and astonishingly incompetent. They screwed up three collections in a row. Every time I spoke to a member of staff they gave me different information. Even their website is at odds with what they claim. It's just astonishing how people this stupid can run a business.
