“The hotel charged me for 2days breakfast when none was available I have written to request a refund but have had no response Overall the hotel is very dated in decor, and the breakfast selection is very limited The only positive is that staff were friendly and helpful”

“Your booking payment system is dreadful. I hate booking online with you as the payment system often fails to the point that on occasions I’ve actually made two bookings in error and on others, the booking WASN’T completed :/”

“Fine if you can book early enough but expensive if you book last minute. Some hotels need a bit of a touch up and light maintenance. One typical example, "adjustment to the door closers" to stop doors closing with a bang! Communication with H.O. is not easy, almost impossible. If you have a booking then you can ring the hotel and these are the people who really care about you. Not the Head Office!”

“My stay at the Travelodge was very peaceful. Hardly any noice, the staff were very kind and welcoming and the hotel was very clean and tidy. What I liked the most was the comfortable bed, absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and will use it again in future! Thanks”
