“Normally good but this time couldn’t book on line, drove to the Travelodge I was trying to book family into. Reception could take the booking, so had to call an 0800 number. Took a while to answer managed to take the booking at last. But ended up paying an agent fee ( not a lot but still extra)”

“The staff was great. The location is perfect. Shopping, banks, bus station, dining and local produce all within 10 minutes walking distance. I will definitely be back summer 2024 again. Front desk staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“Took an age to process payment & no-one answering phone line to assist. Discount voucher/codes never transpire for normal customers like us. Will probably go back to using Premier Inn in future as there are no rewards for loyalty.”

“My experience yesterday (14/9/23) and the day before (13/9/23) trying to book a travelodge was really bad. I don't know whether there was something wrong with their system but I kept getting directed to pages that weren't there or got the wheel of doom.”
