“No water in 36 degree heat whilst this can happen no compensation no bottled water and room not cleaned despite being asked twice”

“The beds were very comfy and clean, shower was perfect. The staff were very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The Barton Marina is just at the rear of the hotel and the canal is ideal for quiet walks. Starbucks offers lots of breakfast goodies. Hotel is central and has easy access to major road networks.”

“I havent got refund,although i made a mistake to book this,cancelled within 2 mins ,they were not available on phone to amend dates so had no other option to cancel and didnt refund my money at all”

“Relatively easy to book but the we missed parking issues which were not clearly displayed when we booked. We have used Travelodge on many occasions over the yes and we are disappointed in the lack of information. We have now booked a hotel which we do not want to stay in but we are forced to accept it. Very, very disappointed.”

“We stayed at Toddington on 2 June a person was banging on the window many times during the night he said he wanted to get into the hotel he was removed by police officers After a number of phone calls avery unhelpful manager agreed on a evoucher I got the impression he was not interested My wife was very upset by the situation on leaving your hotel there was strange people hanging around the front door”

“Dreadful. I have been a loyal customer of Travelodge and this evening I made a mistake and booked the wrong Friday. It says on your terms I can change the date and keep the same lodge. I logged in, inputted my details and clicked manage my booking only to find a booking summary- NO POSSIBILITY OF CHANGING ANY DATE. I tried to call - at a very expensive rate and no one answered. I have been trying for over 30 mins. I downloaded the app and still got caught in a cycle Manage booking - details - summary of booking - manage booking - log in - details - summary of booking. WHY SHOULD I EVER USE TRAVELODGE I am so angry.”

“Booked room on website for 3 people in one room - when booked it was showing for 1 person, had to phone the next day to amend. Friends with me checked before I pressed confirm and it was definitely originally for 3 people.”

“Have stayed at Seaton Burn and Colwyn Bay in the past few months. Both were really clean and had a great night's sleep. Becareful when booking - we paid for breakfast but cancelled it when we found out it was a breakfast box!! We later found out it's non refundable. Feel ripped off about that, it's not (or wasn't) apparent - it's in the t & c - not impressed with that especially with the COLC.”

“Hotel was oky. But they didn’t clean room service every day. Cleaner not changing bed sheets also didn’t hover the carpet. Very poor room clean service.”
