“Booked room on website for 3 people in one room - when booked it was showing for 1 person, had to phone the next day to amend. Friends with me checked before I pressed confirm and it was definitely originally for 3 people.”

“Have stayed at Seaton Burn and Colwyn Bay in the past few months. Both were really clean and had a great night's sleep. Becareful when booking - we paid for breakfast but cancelled it when we found out it was a breakfast box!! We later found out it's non refundable. Feel ripped off about that, it's not (or wasn't) apparent - it's in the t & c - not impressed with that especially with the COLC.”

“Hotel was oky. But they didn’t clean room service every day. Cleaner not changing bed sheets also didn’t hover the carpet. Very poor room clean service.”

“It was very disappointing - grubby, scruffy, in need of some updating. Staff not very helpful. Unfortunately we had a 2nd booking which we could not cancel. I have never downrated accommodation before, but this one was well below par. Not value for money at all.”

“No customer service on arrival. Layer of dust on furnishings and kettle ect on arrival. Impossible access to close blinds on ceiling windows. No replenishment of towels, t bags coffee milk even though sign was left out night before as instructed. Lack of soap, shower gel advertisement stated.”

“I have tried to contact Travel Lodge both directly and I have completed 2 enquiry forms spoke to travelodge who advised me to complete forms. We stayed here on 15th July for 1 night when we booked in we were told we had 4 rooms booked I only required 2 rooms the hotel would not help they gave me a telephone number which I have not ever been able to get through as it says the number does not exist. I am still waiting responses from the 2 enquiry forms. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME. Tina Welland”
