“My room wasn’t cleaned at any point during a 3 night stay. I had left the sign in the door and yet nothing refreshed, changed or emptied.”

“A simple format for booking so very much preferred, the only thing which is not a booking issue is that I generally prefer a hotel that has some full breakfast offer rather than a continental type”

“I like to use the map function when sorting out where to book but you then have to make a note of the hotels nearby then scroll down for the prices. It would be nice to be able to see the prices on the map”
