“Very pleased with booking as I generally have a problem with booking for things on line”

“Previously had a technical error and the website booked my stay for the wrong date non-refundable. Wish there was a "cancel within" period to make accidents like this not happen, but the rest of the process was easy (if not TOO easy).”
