“Absolutely disgusted that after making a booking online I then went to amend the booking as I realised I needed a twin room and not a double and was charged a £10 admin fee to do so. Then I had to amend again due to my dates changing and on top of an increase in the room rate of £49, I was charged another £10 admin fee. No paperwork exchanges, no human contact... just fleecing a regular customer for £10 at every amendment....shame on you”
