“The last 2 times we have stayed 2 nights and on both occasions we had reason to complain. The first time there was no soap in the bathroom and the toilet would not flush. The coffee and milk situation is a joke. On the second occasion the toilet was discusting which had not been cleaned and the hand towel had brown stains all over it. The excuse given was that new staff were being trained. Tea and coffee the same.”

“There was make up and marks all on the bed! When we came in there was no staff at front Desk no phone in the room to phone down the stair!”

“It was a one night stay to break a long journey, only used as most Hotels in Cirencester area were full. Our first impression was what a scruffy dump, the carpet was badly marked with many colourful drips and spills, drab walls, one dark unknown picture on the wall, tiny old tv, only saving grace was pleasant and helpful staff. Cost £116.00.”
