“I can only comment on the location at Walthamstow. It is easy to book and get all the extras I want. As far as my previous stay, it was wonderful! It is so convenient and even though it is a busy location, it was very quiet. I added breakfast then (and making my upcoming stay booking also) and it was very lovely. Nothing like getting a good start to the day! I look forward to my upcoming stay and have every belief that it will be just as satisfactory as my last.”

“The last 2 times we have stayed 2 nights and on both occasions we had reason to complain. The first time there was no soap in the bathroom and the toilet would not flush. The coffee and milk situation is a joke. On the second occasion the toilet was discusting which had not been cleaned and the hand towel had brown stains all over it. The excuse given was that new staff were being trained. Tea and coffee the same.”
