“A lovely oasis close to main roads. Extremely clean and tidy and a very warm welcome from all staff.”

“Struggled to get keycard to work. Reception staff really rude and finally believed that it was faulty, grudgingly. I'd had a difficult day and that interaction was the last straw. I ended up in tears. Unfortunately I will have to stay there on a regular basis because of the location but I am not looking forward to it. And your weekend rates are way too high for the quality of experience on offer.”

“There was no air conditioning in the rooms which there should be as our climate is constantly changing, this weekend 16th June 2023 was very hot and the room was very uncomfortable. There should also be a fridge in the room to keep medication cool and for cold drinks. I do not believe the breakfast was worth the money as is was luke warm and the tea machine was not working”

“Awful stay at Travelodge Yardley, Birmingham. Public areas are unkempt. Room was dirty and damaged. Wifi didn't work. Could not sleep so left at 2.30 am and therefore did not have the breakfast we paid for. Had we pID £50 in total it might have been understandable but at three times that price it was completely unacceptable. I expect to be contacted to let me know what refund I am going to receive.”

“Good choice of locations but even booking a year in advance , the price went up from £156 to £199 per night , while looking at other options and within 3 hours of first search!”
