“Basic clean room great value for the money, perfect location for using as a base. Will definitely stay again soon. Pity breakfast options limited but can be overcome”

“The booking process was straight forward. I noticed a parking offer during the process but had to 'pretend' to make another booking in order to see it again and book it. It would have been useful if it had been offered after my booking.”

“Overall the booking experience was relatively straightforward. It was easy to see how to add that we needed an accessible room and to choose rates. It was les clear that adding pets came after accepting your booking choices. Other than that I had no issues at all with the process of booking. Hope the stay will be as problem free!”

“Booking straightforward until 'pay now' then get 'There is a problem'. Go back and do it again and most of the form is still filled in, but I failed to realise the name I'd given for the 2nd room I booked had reverted to my name. This is the 2nd time this has happened. All ok as have the two rooms, but still frustrating.”

“This was my first time booking with Travelodge. The value is great, and the locations in Bath are great. Booking was easy , but I initially chose the option with breakfast thinking it was in a restaurant. It's only when I saw the next page where you add Extras that I realized it was a boxed breakfast to go. I changed my booking to be without breakfast.”

“Simple and easy to book. Make sure if you have a discount code you click on the much smaller writing that says apply code. It is easy to miss.”

“It would have been most useful if I could have phoned the Hotel before as opposed to after booking. However, my request for disabled access and parking is now arranged”

“We use Travelodge probably 6 times a year as our preferred short break hotel. usually good value, well presented, no fuss, central to most amenities. This is why we keep coming back.”

“This will be my second reservation of Travelodge. I am making the reservation from Turkey but as a biling address my postal code wasnt accepted. So I had to enter a diffrent address from UK. My first stay in Balham was great. I would like to stay in the same room which is quiet and peaceful.”
