“Clear site, but have to check small print. Hotels are usually basic but convenient. Facilities may be limited.”

“Very easy to use the booking system- but has the option for only Contintal breakfast gone? Also the booking assumes you want breakfast every day of your stay. It only displayed the total price of the breakfasts, which at first freaked me as it did not itemise that it was the total for all the days”

“It's a booking system, so how exciting can it get?? BUT, to be fair this is the only site where I can book more than one room at the same time without having to come out of the app, and go in again to book the second room....only to find that they don't have that room available, so I then need to cancel the first room... Nightmare! so, good on Travelodge for making it possible!”

“Basic but comfortable, I book Travelodges across the UK for touring & visiting artists from abroad as we know what kind of experience they will have. The beds are large and comfortable, the rooms are clean & spacious, there is always a decent bathroom with soap & hair wash and the price is reasonable.”

“Great location, this is a relatively new hotel. Clean room, decent breakfast available for an additional fee, pleasant staff on reception. Downside, Did request room service for our stay, which did not happen, had to visit reception for a hairdryer, clean towels, coffee and replacement toilet roll.”

“Good things first. Tunbridge Travelodge is great with a great breakfast...we stay there every time we come to uk from NZ. Good price. Spacious rooms. Off street parking is good. Has a lift which is good for people like me who find stairs difficult. BUT the downside is trying to book on line from outside the UK. I had all sorts of problems entering my address and my billing address which is a New Zealand address. Every time I entered my NZ post code it rejected it because it is not a UK post code. I got there in the end but it was frustrating and took persistence from me. It seems to depend on the sequence of entering information...country, other address details. So this part of your website needs improving. Nevertheless I shall continue to stay in this particular travel lodge for every UK visit. Peter”
