“Having called your booking office to enquire a two night stay to visit a very ill friend, I was astounded that your website page advertises £55 only to investigate further that rooms were over twice that amount. I have secured a better price in Winchester, although Days Inn haven't been well used by me. Stop using minimum booking price and give the real cost. It is misleading and even your staff member admitted it was wrong. Never had any issues before with Travelodge but really disappointed on this occasion.”

“Rooms are prepared to good & acceptable standard. however shower curtain is not water repellant & its impossible not to get water on the floor. noise is sometimes a problem if you're above front entrance or close to exit indoors. staff are pleasant. otherwise for the price travelodge is fair value.”

“Four stars because I tried to book a room using the link in an email sent to me from Travelodge. I had no problem booking the room and breakfast, but the link would not allow me to book 2 people into the same room! No problem when going direct through the web site.”

“Booking process is straightforward, easy to find availability and type of room. I wish you had an option of single family room for 4 pax (currently only 3 pax is allowed). Always had a good stay at Travelodge - looking forward to deals/offers esp if booking early.”

“The problem with booking is that when you choose the check in date, let’s say February of next year, and then you are asked to choose the check out date, it winds the calendar all the way back to the current date, forcing you to scroll forward through several months to get back to February. A better approach would be the one used by Premier Inn, where you wind forward to February, touch the date that you want to check-in and then immediately touch the date that you want to check out.”
