“On booking would be helpful to state on all sites that 24 hour reception. I had to search for this info, critical on a work trip”

“Stayed in hotel at Tadcaster, York. A couple of minor things 1, no TV remote which was replaced 2, toilet seat was very loose and wobbly. Apart from that the hotel was clean and tidy”

“We stayed with granddaughter and dog..and staff we happy to change our room to one at the rear of the hotel so we didn't hear any noise. The room was very clean although net curtain rail loose at one end ..but other than that all great”

“Really easy to book and it's a brand where you know exactly what you are getting. My only criticism, as I disabled I need a wet room rather than a bath. Sometimes it can be difficult to see what is on offer.”

“I had a few problems paying; as I was using an I-pad I was only able to pay using Apple Pay which I don't want to do (you could lose customers this way). Luckily I have a non Apple laptop with which I was able to make a booking ok. Not really your problem I suppose but I haven't had this problem before.”

“The travelodge itself was nice & roomy. Good location for what we needed. Staff were lovely & helpful. Unfortunately it was let down the quality of the breakfast - pastries abit dry, as was.the scrambled egg, bacon sat in a bowl of fat. We also found a large toe nail on our bedroom floor.”
