“Travelodge Harrogate is always a delight. The city centre location is ideal. Only the lack of free Wi-Fi stops me giving them 5 stars. There are 3 or 4 great restaurants within about 200 metres and a Wetherspoons. Harrogate is a great place to walk around so there is no better location. See you again soon, Travelodge.”

“Hi our bathroom was still dirty especially the loo but the kind lady on reception sorted it for us which I’m sure was not her job”

“As I’ve not yet been to the travel lodge I’ve only just booked I can’t yet rate it. The booking on line was complicated. I was asked to sign in to open an account at the end which ment I lost my booking. It would have been easier if I was asked to join at the start. Then it would have been a simpler process to put my details in and pay. Doing it the way you did I had to put my details in twice.”

“I was booking the room for 1 adult & 1 breakfast online on Fri & Sat and it kept saying 2 adults & 2 breakfasts and I could not change it. I had to phone your customer service from Ireland for assistance - this I should not have to do which online should be clear cut as all the information I was putting in was correct. I used 3 different terminals and no change and then gave up. I tried on Sunday and finally I got it but by then the room went up from €30.99 to €37.99 which irritated me. Having no choice I booked the room @ €37.99 & 1 breakfast.”
