“The website doesn’t work well and is a bit disjointed. I want an easy to find price calendar but it doesn’t work well and it makes me want to book via premier Inn who’s site is far easier to navigate .”

“Booked for a 2 night stay but had a slight problem with reservation details. Contacted Travelodge Woking Central, and the Customer Service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the adviser was very understanding and helped me navigate through the Manage Booking procedure, 5 stars for customer service.”

“We stay at keighley travel lodge when visiting our family,they are always courteous and make you welcome every time,the rooms are very clean and tidy and room service for cleaning is excellent”

“I find your Web booking site a pain and often find that I have to restart the booking as the site has difficulty recognising overseas post codes even when you have entered the correct country.”
