“Good location with parking. The wait for our evening meal was over an hour and they only had 6 other people eating at the time, and I had to chase this up. The rooms don't have A/C but they are comfortable.”

“My rating is to do with communication only. I booked a double room from you through Trivago for one night - 2 guests at Lakeside Thurrock 4/5 August and got a deal at £42 instead of £46 ? I think. When I checked my receipt it only mentions one guest instead of two. Ive sent emails to check this with no answer back- it’s for 4/5 Aug 2 guests Invoice no. WB102721256 Confirmation no 1568853236 I am writing here in hopes of a reply as can’t get an email reply Christine Boxcer and Ian Reed- 10 Penjory Court TR15 1FF”

“Website confusing and open to mistakes. Booked for 6th to 7th September then discovered the actual booking was for 16th -17th July! When I tried to amend the booking for the dates I wanted, I was quoted a much higher price. After considerable difficulty I have cancelled the booking but notice £80 has already been taken from my account. I look forward to a prompt refund! Shall not be using your company again.”

“Super easy to book. Only issue was I had to phone afterwards as I forgot to book the early check in. This call was over 7 mins at premium rate. We should be able to phone the Travelodge that we are staying at and at a local rate call.”
