“I had to move to the App on my Phone to book at the hotel, the website didn't work when attempting payment, I am using a Mac and tried on both the Chrome and Safari browser. I think this is something you should look into and fix you may be losing business because of this.”

“On the plus side: Cheap with clean, comfortable bed. Not so plus side: carpets so grotty I wouldn't go barefoot. Bathroom was reasonably clean. Paid for wifi but it doesn't work unless you log in in reception then it kicks you off after a while. Waste of time and money. I booked breakfast thinking it was, well, breakfast but its a take out box. Did eat the cornflakes, the rest is long life stuff. Would I stay again? Probably but I'll be more prepared. It was saved by the comfort of the bed. As I'm disabled it's important to me over the other stuff.”
