“A lot of messing about trying to pay for it would not recognize my master card, unable to get NHS discount due to not recognize the code you gave me poor service. Booked over my mobile phone.”

“Very easy to book and when I phoned the hotel regarding a specific query on disabled room facilities the staff were very helpful and informative. The chance to talk to the hotel pre your stay is very important. Thank you.”
