“Lovely friendly staff on desk, allowed me to drop my bag off hours before check in. Arrived back half hour before check in time and was prepared to wait but got checked in and handed key- boy was I ready to put my feet up. Had issue with key card not allowing access to corridor but staff member sorted it out with a smile and quickly and I was back on my way to my room. Lovely clean hotel, smells clean too 👌🏻”

“Really helpful and friendly staff, especially on reception Although no onsite restaurant or bar you can preorder breakfast and there is a handy vending machine. Also lots of local restaurants If going to use Just Eat mention it's Binfield not Central Bracknell Travelodge”

“The first 5 minutes of the phone call was taken up by establishing that you had hotel in Buckingham due to lack of understanding of the English language. I hung up after 12 minutes and called again to get another operative. The total process took and cost £ 5.69. Not good enough.”
